What this site collects, what it doesn't, and who else is involved. In plain language, because a privacy policy nobody can read isn't disclosure.

If you send us a message or book a call: whatever the form asks for — typically your name, email, business name, and what you write, plus the time slot if you're booking. Both of those are handled by GoHighLevel, the customer-relationship tool we run the business on. They're a third party with their own privacy policy, and they are the only third-party service embedded anywhere on this site — on the contact and booking pages only.
We use what you send to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to run the engagement. We don't sell it, rent it, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.
If you just read: our host, Cloudflare, records standard server logs including IP address and which pages were requested. That's how web hosting works everywhere.
There is no advertising tracking on this site. No pixels, no remarketing tags, no third-party analytics loaded on ordinary pages.
The fonts are self-hosted rather than loaded from a font network, which means reading this page doesn't send a request to a third party you didn't choose to visit. That was originally a performance decision, but the privacy side of it is a real benefit and worth stating.
Every page except the contact and booking pages loads no third-party code at all. On those two, the embed only loads because you went to a page whose entire purpose is getting in touch.
Form submissions and email correspondence are kept as long as there's a live conversation or an active engagement, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. If you want your information deleted, email us and we'll do it — no process, no form.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and a person will answer.
If we ever change how any of this works, this page changes with it.
